OVERVIEW
This project focuses on developing a broker portal that streamlines commission tracking, enhances agent support with an AI-powered chatbot, and introduces a point-based productivity system for performance tracking. With a user-friendly interface and robust administrative tools, the platform aims to simplify workflows, improve transparency, and boost efficiency.
The Commission Tracker Tool enables agents to upload carrier reports effortlessly and gain a clear, detailed overview of their earned commissions. This feature ensures transparency, accuracy, and easy tracking, helping agents stay informed about their earnings in a streamlined manner.

The AI Agent Tool is an intelligent chatbot designed to assist agents with their queries. Admins can train the bot by uploading documents and URLs through an intuitive drag-and-drop feature. Additionally, a 'Contact Us' function allows agents to submit questions when the chatbot cannot provide an answer, ensuring seamless support and assistance.

The Productivity Tracker Tool monitors daily agent activities using predefined categories with assigned point values. It helps agents stay on top of their performance, and if they fall short of the monthly target, the admin can send a reminder email to ensure accountability and engagement.
